Vietnam Additives and Processing Aids

Stemming from an application which the we formerly lodged in late 2016, we may have finally  successfully managed to have a number of wine additives approved for use in Vietnam.

On 30 August 2019, the Vietnam Ministry of Health issued Circular No. 24/2019 / TT-BYT regulating the management and use of food additives. Clarification and interpretations are still being sought however, it appears that 17 additives have been approved which will be applicable for wine. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
